Daniel F. McLennon is the firm’s managing partner. He has been in private practice since 1986, following a yearlong judicial clerkship with Justice Bill Cannon of the 14th District Court of Appeals in Houston. Mr. McLennon's legal career has focused on cases litigated in the State and Federal Courts in California, representing defendants and plaintiffs, alike. He has resolved hundreds of cases through mediation, arbitration and trial, and he has been awarded Martindale-Hubbell's "AV" rating, the highest rating in legal ability and ethics as established by confidential opinions of members of the Bar. His trials include those lasting one day to more than a month.
Mr. McLennon represents public entities, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, premises owners, manufacturers, professionals, corporations, and individuals by prosecuting or defending cases in the follow subject areas:
In addition to his trial experience, Mr. McLennon has prosecuted and defended numerous appeals. He has briefed and argued several cases in the California Court of Appeals, including four cases resulting in opinions published in the law books in the State of California. Mr. McLennon frequently serves as a mediator or arbitrator for the courts of San Francisco and Marin Counties. He enjoys writing and speaking. His writing includes the editing of a 600-plus-page treatise, numerous articles for associations, and legal newsletters.
Mr. McLennon graduated from the University of Michigan in 1981 (B.G.S.) and the University of Houston Law Center in 1985 (J.D.). He served as the Publications Editor while with the Houston Law Review. Mr. McLennon maintains his license to practice law in the State of Texas. He is a member of numerous trade associations including Associated General Contractors of America, American Subcontractors Association, Building Industry Conference Board, National Association for the Remodeling Industry, and Marin Builders' Association. Currently, Mr. McLennon serves on the boards of several of these associations, including serving as the Government Relations Chairperson for the American Subcontractors' Association of California and for the American Subcontractors' Association, Bay Area Chapter.
Mr. McLennon has been married to Nancy McLennon since 1982, and they have two daughters. He is active in his church and enjoys golfing, mountain bike riding, hiking, and camping.

Craig Wallace is a partner in the firm. He has been in practice since 1994, providing both construction and real estate law services, encompassing both litigation and transactional work. These matters range from multi-million dollar complex multi-party lawsuits to disputes that are more efficiently resolved without resort to the courts. He successfully represents plaintiffs and defendants through all phases of litigation, with extensive experience in all forms of alternative dispute resolution, including arbitration and mediation. He is a licensed professional engineer, enabling him to provide effective and cost-efficient representation in disputes involving complex and/or technical issues. Mr. Wallace is a member of the San Mateo County Bar Association and the Bar Association of San Francisco. He is married with two children and is an active ice hockey enthusiast, including coaching a youth hockey program.

Christine Lee (formerly Chen) is an associate with the firm. She has been practicing law since 2005 and has developed a civil litigation practice emphasizing construction, employment, real estate, and general business matters. She has successfully represented plaintiffs and defendants through various phases of litigation, including through jury trial. Mrs. Lee obtained her undergraduate degree in communication studies with a minor in English from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2000 (B.A.) and her J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2004, where she was an editor of the Hastings Communications and Entertainment Law Journal. Marc L. Sherman is of counsel with the firm. He has been in private practice since 1985 and has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts throughout California. He has also served clients in real estate and general business matters in both litigation and transactional capacities. He has been counsel in a number of state and federal appellate proceedings, several of which have resulted in published decisions. He is a trustee of the Marin County Law Library. Mr. Sherman's areas of practice and experience include:
In addition, Mr. Sherman has published legal articles regarding insurance coverage, the respective rights of insurance carriers, insurance bad faith, specific performance of real estate transactions, debtors' fiduciary duties, community property, and various aspects of constitutional law. Periodically he teaches or lectures on legal writing and legal research, areas in which he has special expertise. Mr. Sherman's practice emphasizes researching and writing high quality motions, appellate briefs, and memoranda. Because most cases are won or lost on paper before trial, he believes that the clear and concise written presentation of legal theories and evidence is the foundation of advancing a client's position.
Mr. Sherman graduated from University of California, Santa Cruz, with honors, in 1981 and the University of Southern California Law Center, in 1985, as a member of the Order of the Coif. He was the Executive Articles Editor of the Southern California Law Review. He is married and has two daughters. In his spare time he plays music and writes fiction.

Nancy “Na’neki” Faatiliga is the Receptionist and “public face” for McLennon Law Corporation. She has been with the firm since its inception in 2000. She is mother of two sons.
