McLennon serves as a neutral to assist parties to resolve their matters before trial. He serves in litigated matters where the parties' lawyers present the case. However, for those disputes where the amount at issue is large enough to pursue but too small to justify full-blown litigation, the parties to a dispute may themselves retain Mr. McLennon before hiring lawyers. In those cases, Mr. McLennon guides the parties on how to prepare, present, and resolve their matters without incurring the cost of lawyers and the expense of a lawsuit.
